AMGiNE – Features Released to Production

  • JENi:  Feature for Amgine hosted White Label search form for Travelers
    • New Feature that allows a traveler to initiate a request from an Amgine hosted form.
    • Our white label form allows the user to submit a request for travel (Air/Hotel/Car) for processing from a publicly available URL.
    • Traveler must be profiled and must authenticate via a code sent to their email address 
    • This feature can be configured at the branch level so it is Account or Group specific.  
    • On submission the request can be routed to an agent or we can push the user directly to our JENi Traveller experience.
    • Each branch is assigned a unique URL that can be sent to travelers 
    • Travel policy group can be defaulted in configuration.
  • PNR Creation:  Feature to execute Sabre Commands at time of Profile Move
    • Allows more granular control over when Sabre commands are executed in the PNR creation process.
  • Flight Search: Feature to support triggering search by cabin class as defined in policy
    • Added the ability for intent search to follow cabin class defined in policy.
    • If policy defines First Class to be ‘in policy’, the intent search will now specify First Class as a search parameter.
  • Policy Rules: Feature to change Policy Rule for ‘Number of Stops’ to a specific integer entry
    • Change ‘Flight Number of Stops’ in Policy rule from dropdown ‘NonStop/MultiStop’ to specific integer selection. 
    • This allows more granular control to remove 2 and 3 stop options from being selected as ‘In Policy’.
  • Database:  Assign aisle seat as the default in Air Configuration for all Branches
    • Assign aisle request by default, if no branch configuration previously exists.
  • Security: Feature to clear authentication credentials when the TMC PCC IsAuthenticator flag is set to false
    • If GDS PCC configuration removes a PCC as an authentication PCC, existing authentication credentials are cleared.
  • Issue Resolution:  Email address with invalid characters caused the ‘Send Email’ button to fail
    • Emails with invalid characters are now sanitized (invalid characters are removed) prior to processing.
  • Issue Resolution:  Period character in custom fields causing PNR remark failure
    • Resolved an issue where a period character in a custom field configuration caused a failure in the PNR remark.   
    • Custom fields now allow the period character (.)
  • Issue Resolution:  Cvent Event ID in an Inactive branch caused a live request to fail in an active branch
    • Resolved an issue where Cvent requests were not routed through the active Branch when two Branches had the same Cvent event code and one Branch was inactive.
    • Inactive branches are no longer considered when searching for Cvent event id match.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolved an issue where one sold out flight triggered all flights to show sold out
    • Resolved an issue where adding more flights to Selected Options showed all flights as Fully Booked when availability had only one fully booked flight.
