Stephen is the Chairman of the Board for Amgine. He joined ARS Investment Partners, LLC in June of 2007. Previously, he was the CEO of Deutsche Asset Management’s Institutional Business in the Americas. Stephen joined Deutsche after a 21-year career at the Mellon Financial Corporation where he served as Vice Chairman of Standish Mellon Asset Management and was responsible for institutional sales, marketing and client services.

Jim is an author and speaker who creatively communicates the glaring need for and the remarkable benefits of governance excellence in business, in non profits, in charities, and in government. He has worked with leaders in petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, health care, technology, manufacturing, mining, and government.
Vincent Win is a private equity investor and entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley. He is also a senior advisor at the University of Toronto: a leader in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Quantum Computing. Previously, Vincent held senior executive positions at ATI Technologies, a global leader in GPU visual computing solutions, where he built and managed more than $1.2 billion revenue.
Gary is Cyclica’s Chief of Staff. Prior to joining Cyclica, Gary spent considerable time undertaking independent management consulting projects mainly for start-up clients, as well as developing early stage investments in new ideas. Prior to this, Gary worked in wireless telecom at TELUS as well as with consumer prepaid products in various marketing, operations, and planning roles.
